Willmar Poultry Company, an affiliate of Life-Science Innovations, operates the largest turkey breeder operations in the world. We are seeking Farm Managers to oversee a handful of our key local operations in Willmar, Mn.

The right individual will be responsible for all aspects of a hen turkey breeder farm as well as managing farm labor & staff working at the farm site. Responsibilities will include: oversight of staff management, barn conditions, mechanical systems, processing flow & timing, enforcement of bio-security & non-contamination measures as well as overall flock health and egg production.
